Installer subcontractor terms

These are summary application terms. Full subcontract terms, rates and project specifications are agreed in writing before any work is awarded.

1. Applying

Applying does not guarantee work. Unified Energy Group Ltd may review your details, request documents and ask for references or a trial job before approving you.

2. Vetting

You must hold valid public and employer's liability insurance, follow safe working-at-height practice, and provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for each job.

3. Work and payment

Each job is offered separately with its own scope, rate and timetable. Payment terms are set out in the written job agreement.

4. Customers

Customers introduced by UEG remain UEG customers. You agree not to contract directly with them for related work without UEG's written agreement.

5. Your data

We use the details you submit to assess and manage your application, as described in our privacy policy.
