By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The content is for information only

Everything on this website — including pages about solar, storage, industrial heat, energy intelligence, funding and grants, sectors, insights and the supplier directory — is provided for general information about our services. It is not technical, financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision. Any advice we give you is given in writing, for your specific site and circumstances, under a separate engagement.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Figures, ranges, examples, indicative savings, payback periods, generation estimates and case studies shown on this website are illustrative. Actual results depend on your site, roof, grid connection, consumption profile, tariffs, planning, equipment and market conditions. We do not guarantee:

• any level of energy saving, generation, return or payback;
• that any grant, funding scheme or incentive will be available to you, or awarded;
• that any site or building is technically or commercially suitable for a given technology; or
• that any referral will result in a project, or that commission will become payable.

Partner commission is only ever payable under the terms of a signed UEG partner agreement. Nothing on this website creates an entitlement to a payment.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, graphics, layout, logos and the Unified Energy Group and UEG names and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not republish, copy commercially, resell, systematically extract or adapt the content, or use our marks, without our written permission.

Supplier names, logos and imagery in the directory remain the property of the respective organisations and are shown for identification and information purposes. A supplier who wants their listing amended or removed can contact us at hello@ueg.co.uk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or for any harmful purpose;
• submit false, misleading or third-party information through our forms without authority;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our administrative area, our accounts or our infrastructure;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or availability of the site;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-extract the supplier directory or contact details, or use them for unsolicited marketing; or
• use automated systems to place unreasonable load on the site.

We may suspend or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

This website links to third-party websites, including supplier websites, manufacturer pages, funding bodies and social platforms. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
